Your workday

As a Change & Delivery Manager at Speeron, you will lead the operations team responsible for specifying, installing, and configuring hardware and software within the client environment. The team comprises nine co-workers in Sweden, including technicians and project managers.

Speeron is undergoing a digital transformation, evolving into a SaaS company that delivers its platform through partners on the global market. You will play a central role in driving this journey. With support from senior leadership, you will help shape and implement new systems and processes, ensuring their smooth integration into daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to influence how Speeron adapts to new technologies and to lead the change in how projects are managed within the organization.

Your focus will be both operational and strategic. You will oversee ongoing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, while supporting the team in prioritizing tasks and coordinating efforts between clients and third-party subcontractors.

While project management is important, the key focus of this role is change management. You will lead your team through a transformation, ensuring that the team remains aligned, motivated, and clear on what needs to be done. The person in this role will act as a strong people leader, guiding the team to deliver results, especially in a time of significant change with systems and processes evolving. Speeron is on the way to transforming into a SaaS company that delivers its platform through partners on the global market.

As Speeron continues to grow, this role will evolve into a more senior position with increasing strategic influence.

Speeron operates internationally, with offices in Sweden, Finland, Spain, Poland, and Norway, and clients in 17 countries. This role will involve some travel.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading teams and driving digital transformation in technical projects or operations.
  • Proven expertise in change management, with a track record of leading teams through complex transformations.
  • Strong experience in prioritizing tasks, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • A background in project management, with the ability to transition into a strategic, change-driven role.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Good skills in Office 365.
