ABOUT THE JOB

AXS is looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Product Management team in Stockholm, Sweden as a Product Manager. In this highly visible role, you will be working closely with your peers, you will participate in the product and feature discovery process, help elicit requirements and ensure what we build aligns with our strategic initiatives and business goals. Furthermore, you take great care to ensure what we build is ultimately delivered through product development and into the hands of our clients. Your extensive product management knowledge and understanding of the industry provides the best recipe for execution and guidance across our development teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand the opportunities that our business and our fans desire through research and interaction with stakeholders and consumer data.
  • Turn input and feedback into solutions that make our suite of applications even better.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Finance, Client Services) to identify features for the roadmap.
  • Participate in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and tactical activities throughout the product life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of Web Analytics, engagement KPI’s and a mature understanding of how to build business cases, measure benefits and communicate results
  • Use your product management knowledge and experience to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Evangelize and communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Demonstrate our three pillars to success – Trust, Influence and Impact.


WHO ARE YOU?

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical Product Management is required.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree required. Earning an MBA is a plus
  • Excellent technical knowledge in software and integrations
  • Experience in agile development
  • Experience managing B2C products is required.
  • Demonstrate the product management discipline when working on projects.
  • Discovery experience collecting qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Proven success in building products that scale and meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English written and verbal.
