- Change Management (50%): Develop and execute a change plan to support the implementation of Workday Help in the seven countries. This includes communication plans, training initiatives, and local adaptations to ensure acceptance and understanding of the system in each country.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at both the global and local levels, including the project team, steering committee, and local leaders. You will ensure that all communication is clear and that all parties involved have the information they need to contribute to the project’s success.
- Reporting: Prepare regular status updates and reports for the steering committee, project team and HR PMO. Ensure that the project’s progress, challenges, and risks are communicated in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading and driving global initiatives: You have experience leading projects with multiple international teams and stakeholders and are accustomed to navigating cultural and organizational differences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken: As all communication will be in English, you must have great language skills, both oral and written, to communicate professionally with an international audience.
