Your daily tasks:

At our client, a market-leading provider in communication interfaces, you will be a key player in their team, handling a variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support via phone and email for either spanish or german speaking customers
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issue
    • Problems are resolved as much as possible at the first contact, otherwise, more complex cases can be escalated to 2nd/3rd line support within the company

About you:

You are fluent in both English and also German or Spanish and have experience in 1st line support or other service-oriented roles like customer service.

We also prefer if you have:

  • Experience providing support via phone and email
  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of service
  • Experience with ticketing systems (they use Service Now)
